My guess is the man Fritzl is a coward. He wanted to have full control over a woman, which itself is a manifestation of cowardice. He wanted to control because he simply was afraid of having no control at all. He was always afraid of strong and clever women I guess. I bet Elisabeth was such and that is why he did that to her. He is too much a coward to confess the truth, he will always try to alter the facts to make himself better. But I know he knows and he knew he does EVIL. To attack ones own child whom he was obliged to love and protect, it is an act of cowardice again. The way he did it was cowardly and the way he will defend himself will be the same. He is afraid of prison inmates and I am glad to know it, that is why he wants to be sent to a psychiatric ward. No way, Mr Fritzl. At your age of 73 you have to be able to face up the world and the other people as a man, if you can do that, which I doubt.
